Hi, My name is Mukesh Kanna, founder of Pickle Fresh.

It all began with a simple problem at home. My sister was studying in a hostel in a big city where the food was plain, tasteless and often unhealthy. She started losing weight, and my mother knew something had to be done.

One day, Mom prepared her special chicken pickle with her secret masala recipe. When my sister took it to her hostel, the aroma filled the entire corridor. Within minutes, her friends gathered around with dosas and chapatis and what was meant to last for weeks disappeared in a single day.

That’s when I realized we weren’t just making pickle — we were solving a real problem.
Students, working professionals in PGs and families abroad all miss home style food made with care and honesty. Pickle Fresh was born from that thought — to deliver taste, trust and tradition in every jar.

Even today, we continue the same tradition. Every batch is made in a hygienic kitchen, using premium ingredients, cold-pressed oil and our signature family recipe — just the way Mom started it.
